Known quirks
- The last Mac Apple ever shipped with a Touch Bar — the line ended here
- Kept the old pre-2021 chassis (Touch Bar, no MagSafe, no HDMI/SD) even as the 14"/16" moved on
- Base 256 GB SSD used a single NAND chip — measurably slower than the M1 model it replaced
- Active fan cooling lets the M2 sustain load longer than the fanless M2 Air
