DMCA Takedown Policy

Orchard respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on Orchard infringes your copyright, please send a notice with the following information:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with a URL or other specific location on Orchard.
• Your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notice

If content of yours was removed in response to a takedown notice, you may submit a counter-notice with the same contact info, a description of the removed content, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that receive repeated valid takedown notices will be suspended or terminated per our Terms of Service.
